The essence

Pine is a flower essence that helps to come to terms with yourself. It serves especially those people who tend to ask too much of themselves. Because of their high expectations of themselves and their perfectionism they are never pleased with themselves. There is always something to improve, 100% does not exist. When they are praised, they often make themselves small and diminish their achievements. They often feel embarrassed, and they always blame themselves for everything, even when nobody else does.

The conviction having done something wrong or omitted is stronger. The guilty conscience keeps track of them where they stand and walk and ensures that they always feel bad and guilty. Pine helps such people to see things objectively, put into perspective their share of the failure, come to terms with one‘s own mistakes and weaknesses, and sometimes „turn a blind eye to just let it go.“ You can let go too high expectations of yourself and find inner peace. If not by yourself then with a little help of Pine.
