Evening Primrose

The essence

The essence of Evening Primrose draws our attention to the areas of the self that we may not particularly like, our shortcomings. Without the knowledge of what needs support, we can hardly change our well-being and self-assertiveness.

The key is to recognize the parts of our personality that we may not only not notice in ourselves but at the same time dislike in others. These traits or behaviour patterns have to be accepted and integrated, so that we do not have to carry them around playing the role of a „weaker“. „Internal friends“ are preferred. They prevent the inner turmoil and make self-denial obsolete.

Evening Primrose

Besides the mentioned quality has Evening Primrose flower a significant sexual component, as it encourages insight into sexual areas, enables to recognize and understand the needs of the opposite sex and dispels all embarrassment from sexuality.
